Drive pulley provides a driving force for conveyors. Its diameter is usually larger than others pulleys in case to increase the pulley life and traction. According to customers’ requirements, We can supply pulleys with hot vulcanized rubber lagging and cold bonded lagging, the lagging can be plain or with grooves. Different patterns of grooves, like herringbone or diamond, is suitable for dirty or wet conditions. A ceramic lagging can enhance the friction between the pulleys and belt. Thus a lagging pulley can effectively improve the operation status of the conveying system and protect the metal pulley from wearing.
